According to the New Straits Times, the robbery took place on Thursday at the Festival City mall in Sepatak suburb at around 9 a.m. The jewelry store owner and three staff members were arranging jewelry in a glass display counter when the store security guard, who started working at the shop a month earlier, threatened them with a gun, the New Straits Times reported.
